COVID 19 TRAVEL DISCLAIMER, NOTIFICATION, & COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT
(to include Delta Variant and any other variation of Covid that may occur there after)
All information and updates regarding Covid should come directly from the CDC, your medical provider, and/or established governing authorities. Please be advised that travel during the Covid19 Pandemic is at your own risk. Flights and Hotels are subject to change and/or cancel, with or without notice. Refunds or credits may or may not be observed by the airline or hotel. The local government, state/federal government, and/or country traveling to reserves the right to impose a 7-14 day quarantine at any time, with or without notice, at which point you will be solely responsible for any additional charges for airfare, lodging, food, etc. and any related additional fees associated with your extended stay not covered by the issuing authority. If you are required to check in daily during an imposed quarantine mandate, and you fail to check in as scheduled, you will be responsible and held accountable for any imposed fees, fines, and/or jail time for non-compliance. Covid19 rules vary from state to state and country to country. It is your sole responsibility to review Covid19 rules and guidelines, to include mask mandates, curfews, etc., for said state/country that you are traveling to and ensure you understand them thoroughly prior to booking your lodging, flight, car, etc. reservation and again the day of your trip to make sure guidelines haven’t changed. You are to adhere to all rules while you’re in said state or country. If traveling to another country, ensure to check with your medical insurance provider to be clear of the terms regarding medical coverage for Covid19, etc. while traveling abroad. Always purchase additional Travel Insurance when traveling and make sure all of your travel needs are covered from flights, medical, etc. prior to departure.
Acknowledgement and full understanding of this Covid statement of compliance and agreement is required before any reservations will be confirmed. By accepting your travel confirmation details, that serves as acknowledgement and acceptance of this Covid Statement of Compliance.
These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time
to time, apply to all our services and transactions directly or
indirectly (through distributors) made available online,
through any mobile device, by email, by telephone, or by any other form of communication. By accessing, browsing, and using our
(mobile) website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to have read,
understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out
below (including the privacy statement).
These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages,
and the online reservation service provided on these pages
and through the website are owned, operated, and provided
by The Travel Connoisseur and are provided for your
personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the Terms and
Conditions set out below.

Verbal acknowledgement and signing of this statement of compliance is required that you understand and agree to this Covid19 Travel Disclaimer and Notification before any reservations will be confirmed.
"The Travel Connoisseur," "TTC," "us," "we" or "our" means
The Travel Connoisseur, a limited liability company
incorporated under the laws of the United States, and having
its registered home address at 1397 CR147, Coila, MS 38923 and its additional virtual office and meetings area address at 2620 Regatta Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128.
"Platform" means the (mobile) website and/or app on which
the Service is made available owned, controlled, managed,
maintained and/or hosted by TTC.
"Service" means the online services (including the facilitation
of payments) of various products and services as from time to time made available by TTC or Suppliers on the Platform.
"Supplier" means the provider of accommodation (e.g., artist,
chef, Private jet, hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast, etc.),
(attractions, sightseeing tours, cruises, transfers, tour
operators, insurances, and any other travel and/or related
product or service) as from time to time available for
reservation on the Platform.
1. Scope of Our Service
Through the Platform, we (The Travel Connoisseur and its
affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online platform
through which Suppliers can advertise their products and
service for purchase and/or reservation, and through which
visitors to the Platform can make said purchase or
reservation. By making a purchase/reservation through TTC,
you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual
relationship with the Supplier with which you make a
reservation or purchase a product or service (as applicable).
From the point at which you make your purchase and/or
reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you
and the Supplier, transmitting the details of your purchase/
reservation to the relevant Supplier(s) and sending you a
confirmation email for and on behalf of the Supplier.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose
is based on the information provided to us by Suppliers. As
such, the Suppliers are given access to an Extranet through
which they are fully responsible for updating all rates,
availability and other information which is displayed on our
Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in
performing our services, we will not verify if, and cannot
guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or
correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors
(including manifest and typographical errors), any
interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial)
breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or
otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or
non-delivery of information. Each Supplier remains
responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and
correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the
rates and availability) displayed on our Platform. Our Platform
does not constitute and should not be regarded as a
recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level,
qualification or (star) rating of any Supplier (or its facilities,
venue, products or services) made available.
Our Service is made available for personal and noncommercial
use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell,
deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display,
download or reproduce any content or information, software,
reservations, tickets, products, or services available on our
Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or
2. Prices, Rates, and Best Price Guarantee
Before submitting a Member Price Guarantee claim, you must be a fully paid and active Member, you must have booked a reservation on Elevation Travel that displays the Member Price Guarantee checkmark, paid for the reservation in full and received a valid confirmation number. The sections on the website included in the Member Price Guarantee are vacations (i.e., Accommodations, Cruises, and Worldwide Tours) and vacation add-ons (i.e. Car Rentals, Activities, and Golf). Eligible claims must be submitted within 24 hours from the time the original fully paid reservation is made and meet all the Terms and Conditions defined below, must be in US Dollars, must be an identical comparison to what was purchased and must be publicly viewable (i.e., the general public must be able to view the rate on a website) available and bookable (i.e., the rate is currently available and can be reserved online) via the Internet.
The lower rate on the other public website must be for (i) Accommodations (hotels, resorts, vacation homes, weekly stays): the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, (ii) Car Rentals: same car rental company, same car class, same fare type, same dates and rental duration, same pick up and drop off locations, (iii) Cruises: same cruise line, same dates and cruise duration, same ship, same deck, same cabin type, same departure and arrival port, same itinerary, (iv) Activities: same excursion or activity, same date(s), same duration, same expiration (if applicable), same departure time (if applicable), same location(s) (departure and arrival if applicable), same itinerary or points of interest (if applicable), same inclusions (such as transportation, meals, beverages, passes, tickets, credits/vouchers, etc.), (v) Worldwide Tours: same dates, same duration, same itinerary, same number of travelers, same trip/travel options (such as accommodations, transportation, excursions, meals, airfare, transfers, insurance etc.), same points of interest, same arrival and departure locations, (vi) Golf: the same course, same tee time, same number of players, same inclusions (such as carts, meals, beverages, club rentals, etc.). Unless included in the reservation made on the Website, packaged items or add-ons are excluded in rate comparisons such as: on-site or on-board credits, coupons and discounts, government taxes and surcharges, recovery charges, insurance fees, resort fees, fuel charges, activities or similar. The final price includes the retail value of any reward credits issued back to the Member upon completion of the reservation or reward credits issued to the Member at the time of purchase which will be deemed to reduce the total cost paid by the Member.
The Member Price Guarantee program does not apply to rates or offers that are (i) available only to members, users or guests of other clubs/organizations/loyalty programs, (ii), negotiated rates, (iii) corporate rates, (iv) convention/group rates, (v) wholesale rates, (vi) government rates, (vii) rates that require coupon/certificate redemption, (viii) rates that are part of a travel package, deal, or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc., (ix) rates offered without the specific hotel and location being disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process, (x) rates that can only be redeemed by calling and speaking to an operator or agent, or (xi) any other special or promotional offers or discounts.
Reservations excluded from the Member Price Guarantee include Non-Refundable reservations (except for Weekly Stays and Bonus Weeks) and reservations made or purchased with Reward Credits in full or in part. Members who make a claim under the Member Price Guarantee will forfeit any promotions or discounts which may have been included in the reservation or offered at the time the reservation was made, such as triple reward credits with your booking, cash back upon completion of your reservation, or similar.
We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that your claim has been submitted properly and meets all Terms and Conditions of our Member Price Guarantee program. Once verification is complete, we will confirm your claim of the pricing difference by email within 3-5 business days of receiving your submission. If the claim is found to be valid, we'll credit 110% of the difference to your membership.
Credit will be issued in the form of Reward Credits within fourteen (14) business days following completion of your vacation (i.e. Accommodations, Cruises, and Worldwide Tours) and/or vacation add-on (i.e. Car Rentals, Activities, and Golf). Any cancellation or modification will void the approved claim and no Reward Credits shall be issued. Elevation Travel shall not be held liable to credit for claims that have been submitted due to rates that were displayed in error because of us, any vendor or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological mistake.
Offer void where prohibited by law. Claims will be evaluated under the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the claims are made. However, we reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Member Price Guarantee program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify the claim of any Member found to be tampering with the Member Price Guarantee claim process or program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or to be acting in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise ineligible as described in these Terms and Conditions will not be honored and will be disqualified and denied automatically. In the event of any dispute regarding or arising from our Member Price Guarantee, the decisions of Elevation Travel shall be final and binding on all parties.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our Platform for a
specific stay, product, or service, however, these rates made
available by Suppliers may carry special restrictions and
conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Please check the relevant product, service, and reservation
conditions and details thoroughly for any such conditions
prior to making your reservation.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and
should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual
rates may vary.
Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not
All special offers and promotions are marked as such.
PROCESSING FEE FOR QUOTES: There will be a processing fee for all quotes, plus the price of the service. Example: You want to book a Private Jet, The Processing Fee for quotes is $100, plus the cost of the jet (example $20,000 for the jet). Processing Fee(s) must be paid upfront and are nonrefundable. A member of our team will reach out to you to obtain your payment info once you submit your request. Once the Processing Fee and all required information related to your travel is received, the team will then start on your quotes.
AFTER HOUR REQUESTS: We get it... things happen from emergencies to you simply just forgot to submit your travel request during business hours. No worries. We totally understand. We will be more than happy to process your request after hours for an additional fee. Weekdays after hours there will be an additional Processing Fee of $100 and Weekends after hours an additional fee of $200. After hour fees are nonrefundable.
RE-PROCESS QUOTE FEE: If we don't receive a response within 48 hours after quotes were emailed to you and quotes have to be reworked, a Re-Processing Quote Fee will be imposed equal to that of the original Processing Fee. This fee is nonrefundable.
REFUNDS: Processing Fees, Re-Processing Fees, After Hour Fees are nonrefundable. Each service (flights, hotels, car service, etc.) has their own individual refund policy. Please ensure you read and understand this policy in its entirety.
4. Prepayment, Cancellation, No-shows and The Fine Print
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to
services. If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your services,
please forward an email to
(email@example.com). Please note that you
may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the
accommodation provider's cancellation, (pre)payment and
no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any
(pre)paid amount. CANCELLATION: Each service (flight, hotel, car services, etc.) comes with its own cancellation policy. Please ensure you have read and understand this policy in its entirety before booking your flight.
5. (Further) Correspondence and Communication
By completing a transaction for services, you agree to receive
(i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your
arrival date, giving you information on your destination and
providing you with certain information and offers (including
third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in
for this information) relevant to your services or reservation
and destination, and an email which we may send to you
promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest
review form. Please see our Privacy and Cookies Policy for
more information about how we may contact you.
TTC disclaims any liability or responsibility for any
communication with the Supplier on or through its platform.
You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or
communication with the Supplier or (any form of)
acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or
request. The Travel Connoisseur cannot guarantee that any
request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/
read by, complied with, executed, or accepted by the Supplier.
In order to duly complete and secure your services or
reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We
are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to
verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or
wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.
Any claim or complaint against The Travel Connoisseur or in
respect to the Service must be promptly submitted, but in any
event within 30 days after the scheduled day of
consummation of the product or service (e.g., check-out
date). Any claim or complaint that's submitted after the 30-
day period may be rejected, and the claimant shall forfeit
their right to any (damage or cost) compensation.
Due to the continuous update and adjustments of rates and
availability, we strongly suggest making screenshots when
making a reservation to support your position (if needed).
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and
conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only
be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or
incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our
obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate
amount of the aggregate cost of your services or reservation
as set out in the description of services rendered (whether for
one service or series of connected services).
However, and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor
any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives,
subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate
(distribution) partners, licensees, agents, or others involved in
creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making
available the site and its contents shall be liable for (i) any
punitive, special, indirect, or consequential loss or damages,
any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of
contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of
claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive)
information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the
Supplier as made available on our Platform, (iii) the services
rendered or the products offered by the Supplier or other
business partners, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or
punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred, or paid
by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the
use, inability to use or delay of our Platform, or (v) any
(personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct,
indirect, special, consequential, or punitive) damages, losses
or costs suffered, incurred, or paid by you, whether due to
(legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful
misconduct, omissions, non-performance,
misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or
partly) attributable to the Supplier or any of our other
business partners (including any of their employees,
directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated
companies) whose products or service are (directly or
indirectly) made available, offered or promoted on or through
the Platform, including any service or (partial) cancellation,
overbooking, strike, force majeure, or any other event beyond
Whether or not the Supplier has charged you for your room,
product or service, or if we are facilitating the payment of the
service or (room/reservation) price, you agree and
acknowledge that the Supplier is always responsible for
the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the
applicable taxes due on the total amount of the (room/
reservation) price to the relevant tax authorities. TTC is not
liable or responsible for the remittance, collection,
withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on the
service or (room/reservation) price to the relevant tax
authorities. TTC does not act as the merchant of record for
any product or service rendered by a Supplier made available
on the Platform.
By uploading photos/images onto our system (for instance in
addition to a review) you certify, warrant, and agree that you
own the copyright to the photos/images and that you agree
that TTC may use the uploaded photos/images on its (mobile)
website and app, and in (online/offline) promotional materials
and publications and as TTC at its discretion sees fit. You are
granting TTC a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable,
unconditional, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce,
display, have reproduced, distribute, sublicense,
communicate and make available the photos/images as a TTC
affiliate at its discretion sees fit. By uploading these photos/
images the person uploading the picture(s) accepts full legal
and moral responsibility of any and all legal claims that are
made by any third parties (including, but not limited to,
property owners) due to TTC publishing and using these
photos/images. TTC does not own or endorse the photos/
images that are uploaded. The truthfulness, validity and right
to use of all photos/images is assumed by the person who
uploaded the photo and is not the responsibility of TTC. TTC
disclaims all responsibility and liability for the pictures
posted. The person who uploaded the photo warrants that
the photos/images shall not contain any viruses, Trojan
horses or infected files and shall not contain any
pornographic, illegal, obscene, insulting, objectionable or
inappropriate material and does not infringe any third party
(intellectual property right, copyright or privacy) rights. Any
photo/image that does not meet the aforesaid criteria will not
be posted and/or can be removed/deleted by TTC at any time
and without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our
services or available on or used by our Platform and the
intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the
contents and information of and material on our Platform are
owned by TTC its suppliers or provider unless otherwise
TTC exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and
interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look
and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Platform on which
the service is made available (including the guest reviews and
translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape,
(hyper-/deep) link to, publish, promote, market, integrate,
utilize, combine, or otherwise use the content (including any
translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand
without our express written permission. To the extent that you
would (wholly or partly) use or combine our (translated)
content (including guest reviews) or would otherwise own any
intellectual property rights in the Platform or any (translated)
content or guest reviews, you hereby assign, transfer, and set
over all such intellectual property rights to TTC. Any unlawful
use or any of the aforementioned actions or behavior will
constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property
rights (including copyright and database right).
The original English version of these Terms and Conditions
may be translated into other languages. The translated
version is a courtesy and office translation only and you
cannot derive any rights from the translated version. In the
event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of
these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy
between the English version and any other language version
of these terms and conditions, the English language version
to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be
conclusive. The English version is available on our Platform
(by selecting "English" (language) or shall be sent to you
upon your written request.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes
invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, you shall remain bound
by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid
provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to
accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or nonbinding
provision, given the contents and purpose of these
terms and conditions.
9. About Booking.com and the support companies
The online service is rendered by The Travel Connoisseur,
which is a limited liability company, incorporated under the
laws of the United States and having its registered home address at 1397 CR147, Coila, MS 38923 and its additional virtual office and meetings area address at 2620 Regatta Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128 and registered with the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under registration number 31047344. Our VAT registration number is NL805734958B01.
The Travel Connoisseur has its headquarters in Coila, MS and virtual and meetings offices in Las Vegas, NV is supported by various affiliated group companies (the "support companies") throughout the world. The support companies only provide an internal supporting role to and for
the benefit of TTC. Certain designated support companies
render limited customer care support services (only by
telephone). The support companies do not have any Platform
(and do not in any way control, manage, maintain or host the
Platform). The support companies do not have any power or
authority to render the service, to represent TTC or to enter
into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of TTC. You
do not have a (legal or contractual) relationship with the
support companies. The support companies do not operate
and are not authorized to act as any form of process or
service agent of TTC. TTC does not accept nor assume any
domicile at any place, location, or office in the world (also not
at the office of its support companies), other than its
registered office in MS and virtual office in NV.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
The Travel Connoisseur is committed to customer
satisfaction. We will try to resolve any concerns or problems
with our services that you have. All issues should be

Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
