I decided to compile this list as I get asked by travelers about speakeasy spots in Vegas and wanted to provide a readily accessible list for tourists.
Speakeasies got their start during the Prohibition Era when the sell of alcohol was prohibited. With alcohol becoming legal around 1920, many speakeasies became scarce by 1933 due to the end of Prohibition.
But due to the love of all things great atmosphere and an equal love of great libations they have become more prevalent in recent years. (I love that word libations by the way… maybe that will be my new name in my next life LOL 😜) But anyhoo…
This list, though in no particular order, these speakeasies all do rank 4 or 5 Stars ⭐️. This list will be comprised of actual speakeasies or spots with a speakeasy vibe from the ultra swanky to the more laid back and intimate.
